How MILLO collects, uses and protects your data and your dog's data.

1. Who we are
MILLO is a dog training and health care app operated by Eagle Fire Digital ("we"), the controller of the data processed in the app and on this site. Contact: petsbrsuporte@gmail.com.
🗑️ How to delete your account and data
Profile → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and removes your account, dog data, photos and history.
Email petsbrsuporte@gmail.com from or mentioning your account email address. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
Account, profile, dog data and photos, training path, messages and history. Transaction records may be retained for the period required by law.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email and name (or your Sign in with Apple details).
- Your dogs' data: name, breed, age, weight, routine and behavior from onboarding and app use (up to 4 dogs).
- Photos you upload: images of stool, urine, vomit and food labels, sent voluntarily for AI analysis.
- Usage records: training progress, achievements, quizzes, diploma, walks, reminders and chat messages.
- Technical data: device model, OS version, language and crash reports.
- Subscriptions: processed by the App Store and Google Play. We never see your card details.
3. How we use the data
- Build and adapt your dog's personalized training path;
- Generate photo analyses, health assessments and AI chat answers;
- Send the reminders you set up (vaccines, medication, routine);
- Maintain, protect and improve the app and fix bugs;
- Provide support and comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with cloud and AI processing providers acting on our behalf under contract, with Apple and Google to process subscriptions, and with authorities when legally required. Photos are processed solely to return the result to you.
5. Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and deletion of your data at any time. Email petsbrsuporte@gmail.com.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, restricted access control and security best practices. No system is infallible, but we treat incidents seriously and notify as required by law.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, data is removed — except transaction records and anything the law requires us to keep.
8. Children
MILLO is not intended for children under 13. Accounts identified as belonging to children without parental consent will be deleted.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect app improvements or legal changes. The last update date appears at the top.
