The rules for using MILLO. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing or using MILLO you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the app.
2. What MILLO is
MILLO is an app that supports dog training and health tracking: a personalized training path, AI image analysis, dog-food label scanner, AI chat, vet-terms translator, vaccine card, reminders and walk logs, for up to 4 dogs per account.
3. MILLO does not replace a veterinarian
All analyses, assessments, calculators and content are educational triage. They are not a diagnosis, prescription or veterinary treatment and do not replace a licensed veterinarian. If you see any emergency sign or have doubts about your dog's health, seek a vet immediately.
4. Account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. Inaccurate information about your dog may lead to unsuitable recommendations. You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account).
5. Subscription, payment and cancellation
- MILLO can be used for free with limited features; advanced features are part of MILLO Pro.
- Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24h before the period ends.
- Cancel directly in your store account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies.
- Prices may change; changes are announced in advance and apply to later renewals.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MILLO for illegal purposes, not to reverse engineer or copy the app, not to overload our systems and not to upload unlawful or third-party content without permission.
7. Content you upload
Your photos and information remain yours. You grant us only the license needed to process them and deliver the app's features.
8. Intellectual property
The MILLO brand, mascot, content, code and design are ours and protected by law.
9. Limitation of liability
MILLO is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific training results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app — especially health decisions made without veterinary consultation.
10. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may end yours anytime by deleting your account.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
