MILLO is a dog training and care application, operated by Eagle Fire Digital Ltda, CNPJ 54.995.320/0001-58, São Paulo/SP, Brazil. Contact: petsbrsuporte@gmail.com.
2. What MILLO offers
Personalized dog training plans, AI guidance, chat, food scanner, health guidance and progress tracking.
MILLO is a support and education tool. It does not replace a professional trainer, veterinarian or other qualified professional.
3. Your account
You can create an account with Apple, Google or email, and you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. You confirm you are at least 18 or have a guardian's authorization.
4. Subscriptions and payments
MILLO offers a subscription (MILLO Pro) processed by the Apple App Store, under that platform's terms.
- Charges occur upon purchase confirmation;
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24h in advance;
- Management and cancellation are done in your store account;
- Refunds follow the store's policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app for illegal purposes, not to copy or extract the code, not to interfere with security, and not to provide false information.
6. Intellectual property
All MILLO content belongs to Eagle Fire Digital Ltda. Your dog's information remains yours; you authorize us to use it to personalize the services.
7. Your dog's well-being
You are solely responsible for your dog's well-being. Apply the guidance with good judgment. In case of pain, illness or emergency, see a veterinarian.
8. Limitation of liability
MILLO is provided "as is". We are not liable for specific results or for decisions made based on the app's guidance.
9. Changes
We may update features and these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, jurisdiction of São Paulo/SP.
